Speedometer stuck any way to fix

I replaced all my dials for lockwood ones and now my speedo gauge doesn't work the needle is stuck I've removed the needle and tried freeing the spindle but it still doesn't move, it does go up but only when I boot it but then it doesn't come back down. Is there any way to fix it or do I need a new one, if so where do I get one from

Is anyone breaking an s13 so I can have the dash gauges out of it?

My 14 done that, basically, the lock wood dials are sticking out too much and the needle is getting wedged on it on the way down.... Take cluster back out and re align the dials....
