Awful service!
Yet another unhappy person here!
Ended up cancelling my policy and taking out one with Adrian flux instead!
And now it seems they are refusing to send out my NCB proof!
But I can't prove this either way as no one at Sky answers phones or emails!
Bloody useless the lot of them

If you had a renewal notice with them or any terms of business documents your NCB would likely have been on those. In case that helps.

If it's any consolation, they aren't nearly as bad as Elephant. They are hella dodgy.
