    SXOC hacked?

For the mods: If I access the site on my laptop, Chrome freezes and I get a warning from Windows Defender that I've been infected with the JS/frameinject.AE trojan badger. I can remove it, and all is fine until I access SXOC again. I've scanned my laptop for viruses and malware and I'm all clean provided I don't look at everyone's favourite 200sx website...

Might be worth checking this out?

I've also found 1/10 times I click SXOC via google it comes up with AdultFriendFinder or some other X-rated content. Very annoying whilst at work.

Getting the same off of my phone. I'm sure there's a thread somewhere that the IT guys are aware of the issue

It's a vulnerability on the version of vBulletin the forum is using which someone has taken advantage of. It redirects you to myfilestore I believe.

As far as I'm aware someone on the web admin side will be running a script or something daily to block the redirects, but without updating to a newer version it will just come back.

WordPress issues have now been dealt with by Jim. Hopefully that should fix it but please let us know if this continues.

this was mentioned a while ago about similar issues. I get it when i search anything on google sxoc related, the link can be adultfriendfinder. Cant risk it on my work laptop now because of it.
Have same issue with clubaristo as well. All through firefox

Personally I think one of the admins has been signing up to find some "friends" but forgot to log out of sxoc first

    Doc...I'm looking at you!

All seems to be fine now on the trojan front, can't comment on the adultfriendfinder thing as I never got that.

I'm getting this too (JS/frameinject.AE trojan) and I think it has ****ed up my laptop I get it even when not browsing sxoc now

Any ideas how to fix it? I've looked online and clearing browser and java cache is suggested (MSSE does **** all) but it's clearly still there somewhere.

    Re-format?

MSE does detect it and deal with it so not sure what the game is there.
    Tried malwarebytes?

Running some full system scans at the moment. Malwarebytes, Avast and MSSE.

In fairness, since I posted, my browser hasn't crashed

Has anyone had the redirect since 9am?

Gives us an idea how fast it clicks back
