S13 timing belt change

Hi, My first post, so go easy. I have just picked up a S13 for track use. Although it is standard apart from a new hybrid turbo fitted 100 miles or so ago (I guess the old one was smoky) and filter. It has completed 81K miles, all checks bear this out as correct. It had a cam belt change @50K miles, however that was 8 years ago. So the question is, do I get this changed again because although the belt has not seen the miles usage, it has seen many years.
I'm pretty sure the answer is yes, but wanted you opinions. It will be going to Horsham or Eurospec for this work.

Yes get it done maximum is 5years or 60k miles get the waterpump done at same time! Easy enough to diy it if you have mild mechanical knowledge!
