Another unhappy sky insurance customer
What's goin on at sky no returned calls, no calls from call back requests online, no reply to emails and when ringing the phone doesn't get answered at all. How am I supposed to get in touch. Flux next year

They do seem particularly busy for some reason, I've spoke to them twice within a week to swap one of my cars - 20 minute wait both times which was a bit annoying. Still happy at the service though, they just need to employ more phone admins.
