    Cams question

Going to be running a set up with 2871r 740cc injectors z32 maf all other mods for stage 3a on HDEV but run it with a power fc and be valve springs and 1.5m hg

I bought some tomei pon cams today 256 11.5 mm but for a straight cam I've seen these just need rid of the vvt as it doesn't fit is it just a case of fitting with straight can pulleys? When mapping will I be able to map out the slight decrease it causes with the power fc and adjustable pulleys etc will have rocker stoppers too and any bits cut out off the rocker cover I think it is

In order to ditch the VVT, you need adjustable pulleys, as well as a Non-VVT camshaft bolt for the intake side, as the VVT bolt will become too long.

As for the mapping, if the mapper is worth his weight in gold, he can minimise the low end loss.

Quick question following on from this does the straight cam gear fit on the end of the bent cam vvt cam and does the straight cam bolt fit the bent cam shaft??
