    Ca misfire

My brothers ca has a mis/flat spot around 2-3k

We've changed the coil packs and ignition amp with no luck, he says it gets worse as the car gets warmer, could it be a temp sensor fault?

It started after putting a adjustable hks actuator on and removing the standard boost solenoid

Just throw some ideas at me please (y)

    Cheers
    Sam

Boost leak?, pressure test the pipe work and spray joiners with soapy water
re check the boost solenoid removal has possibly caused an air leak, depends how it was removed and pipes blocked etc
but if it started after he went worth check there 1st, then check for boost leak
if hot pipe came off to swap actuators may have a leak from there

others could be coil pack loom can get brittle from the heat and the wires break strands
the OE coil pack cover makes the coils get too hot imo

the single terminal temp switch is for the dash gauge, the 2 pin is the ecu temp switch and just tells the ecu
to switch off cold start when up to running temp, neither temp switch would cause a mis fire

    Just some possibles to try
