Boost leak, spark plug gaps, timing.

As arry said is it mapped or chipped and what chip?

One more question, do you know anything about tuning turbo engines?

Another question. Does it misfire at a lower boost pressure?

When i got the car i was told it was maped but it turns out it isnt. This is my first turbo charged car and theres no boost leaks i have taken out my plugs and they are sutted up. They were new 120miles ago. Over fueling? And i noticed the engine wont missfire when idleing at 600rpm but at times it sits between 1000 n 1200rpm and it missfires every run. Is that the choke? Sorry im new to turbo charged engines. Getting there tho.

T28 and 1.2 bar on the standard map is likely the issue

With variable idle problems as well - I'd say it needs a good checking over

Get it mapped before you kill it

What of any chip has it git?

A full list of your modifications could help as well as everything you have checked etc!

Problem could be plugs, coil packs, timing, valves the list goes on.....

Edit. Just realised you listed your mods, what plugs are you running? you need to open up the ecu to check chip and have you checked you definitely have an uprated fuel pump?

If so I would get your timing checked and do a compression, also how did you boost leak test it?

Just put new ngk iridium plugs in today and its still hapning. Not as bad tho. 2 plugs cylinder 3 and 4 sutted up badly. There is no chip in the ecu. I better get it chipped. I tested it using a comressor and blocked both ends of the pipes and fired compressed air three it and put water and fairy liquid on it to find bubbles. Like checking a puncture on a bike tire haha

What injectors are you running, has it had an aftermarket FPR fitted??

Take a couple of pictures of the engine bay if you're not sure, and close ups of the injectors as the colour usually is a sign of the size.

To be honest you probably shouldn't run it much till you've got it sorted.

I'd turn the boost down today to maybe 0.7bar while you eliminate any other issues that may exist.

Your running far too much boost, get it dropped to .7 bar before you end up with holes in things that should not have holes.

You are probably hitting fuel cut at 4-4.5k if you are running 1.2 bar boost!

As above turn your boost down to 0.7 then see how it is!!

The fuel cut is built into the ECU, it's disabled with a chip which also has revised fuel and ignition maps.

Stage 3 chips also support the Z32 MAF and larger injectors.

So in short terms fit a chip and in the meantime turn boost down more because 1 bar is still too much boost without a chip

Fuel cut is very different to a miss fire

If you don't want a very expensive bill I'd suggest not fiddling and not driving it hard til someone who knows how tuning works has a look over your car
