    Rx/Tx on CA18DET ECU

    Hi,

The port near the ROM inside ecu look's like it is consult port of some kind. See that guys from plms dev on board type 1 use it for data loging. Do someone know what are the port pins (Rx/TX/Clk/GND) . I want to try to read it with consult to see if it can work...

Pretty sure you can't read anything on the CA ECU with consult.

nistune type 1 does read from that serial port and I'm sure that is kind of consult or obd.

    It's in the Nistune manual.

Looks like it just brings out access to some of the address bus of the CPU, certainly doesn't appear to be serial comms of any sort.
