Drive and Meet for bbq in the forest Sunday 12th July.

For our next meet a few of us thought it would be cool to have a bbq, so i thought we could meet at ower services (jct2 m27)

And then a drive up the a31 for some rolling shots of our cars and then to somewhere near Stoney cross for a bbq and some photos.

Exact time and location will be up soon, i'm going to have a little drive around to find a decent place for us all to park without loads of potholes.

Did you know you can rent/reserve a dedicated BBQ area in certain forest carparks?
..

and sorry to seem pedantic but i'm not sure bbq-ing is permitted elsewhere due to fire risk etc.. Maybe worth checking.

It seems certain bbqs are allowed in certain areas, along with limits on group numbers.

Google 'new forest BBQ' and its the first .gov site.
