S13 lock mod knuckles help

Ok Ive just had the cut knuckles fitted and also rack spacers but now the track rod ends are only on by about 6 threads each side. Its not the spacers doing it as adding these has actually given more thread for the rod ends to screw on to.

6 turns isnt really safe is it? How do I fix this?

What rods are they?
What other supporting parts are you running and who did the hubs.

tbh six turns seem fine as the knuckle part of the rod takes all the load. I used to run japspeed rods which is 3mm extra over stock plus another 3mm before i went for full modified lock set up on my r33

Cut and extended tie rods or purchase longer ones

Also aftermarket tie tods might allow more engagement with correct adjustment
