Don't be disheartened Pete. Many aspire to members like you. I know I do. I would send you a washer for free just for the amount you have taught us. At the end of the day it's up to you. But you WILL be missed.

It's something you can't avoid, I bet most of us here have been messed about with by sellers before and that's just how people are. Your threads have been such a help to me and many others for sure, it would be a shame to discontinue posting on here as you put out some real good stuff.

The work you've done is an inspiration to us all, when I saw a post by you yesterday, I was rather excited to see the progress, but instead I saw the bad news. You've got the support of many here, don't let a few shitheads put you off.

What's going on mate? Don't make a rash decision over one member.
The majority of the community is behind this project and hang on every update.

Don't let one bad experience put you off the forum.

C'mon Pete! I am as others enjoying learning from this thread! please don't stop over a washer! Is it anything specific as we do nice size washers in work!

You only need two tools in life - wd-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the wd-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

And if you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem!

Ok.. now it's becoming apparent why you are not a happy bunny. Sorry to hear it Pete. We still love your work. Just post up a link to where you decide to take it. I am sure you will have a herd of followers regardless of whether it's here or elsewhere.

Certain Mods also paid for this years membership for you so we can benefit from this too!

Also I don't think "Mods" lost them,i believe the site was hacked and a lot of stuff was lost!

Very disappointed with you attitude on this one Pete! Looked up to you and your work on these cars!

Pete, we've never met but without your S14a refurb thread I would have never had the confidence to try and do the same with my car... So much of useful info is in that thread.

Hope you're just pissed off temporarily and we don't lose you.
