Just had my car back from Pro Tuner

Well after a very long 11 months building my car its finally all been worth the blood sweat and money

    435hp and 440ft/lbs

    Quick spec

Brian Crower 2.2 stroker with CP Pistons
    ARP bolts through out
ACL race main bearings and thrust washers
    King Rod bearings
    Tomei 1.5mm gasket
    Greddy Valve springs
    Greddy rocker stoppers
    Greddy Profec OLED boost controller
Wardy V-Band manifold and 40mm Turbosmart gate
Custom CR Turbos built GT3071r with billet wheel, bronze bearing carriers and .63ar Tial housing
    Z32 MAF
    Nismo 740's
    3" downpipe back NurSpec backbox

Greg said it could do with a set of cams to bring it alive and a better wastegate spring because he couldn't get the boost controller to do anything.

But other than that its an absolute animal and drives amazing!

I'll have to upload a better graph.

That's an excellent result and a serious amount of usable revs! Looks like excellent fun!

90% torque from 3500 rpm, nice! What sort of boost is this at?

Its truly a hoot on the road, was wet on the way home planted my foot in 5th at 70 and instantly spun the wheels! Such a good powerband hooks up really well in the dry even with skinny (215) NS2's.

I'm changing to grade 8 ngk's later as it VERY slightly misfires after caning it for a longish period (BRAND NEW bkr7's in there)

As for boost I think its hitting 1.3 bar maybe a bit more with the boost controller off, only a 14psi spring in the gate but Greg said it needs a stiffer spring to work properly.

    Not bad

You must be pretty close to maxing out the injectors there.

He didn't mention anything about the injectors so not sure, thought 740's would be more than enough

Could you take a log and see how high it goes? I'm asking because I had exactly the same power in my last dyno run and now it feels like the car is down on power. Maf value would be rather easy indicator on the rough power...

    Just confirm for me please...

    1. You have 435bhp and 440 lb/ft
    2. You have Nankang 215 wide tyres on the back?

499bhp from 740's, is that right? Understood 1000's were required, or is that too simplistic?

Can't see what size wheels you have, but I use 255/40/17 RSR's on the back and they are good value and give great grip once a little warmth in them and no standing water
