Fitting s13 fibreglass boot lid with a spoiler

Hello I was just wondering if anyone had fitted a fibre glass boot lid and then fitted a bgw. Will it be okay or not. I'm asking because my boot needs repairing and I was just thinking of replacing it all together

I would imagine if you made a plate up to spread the load on the underside you would be okay.

So getting some plate metal underneath the boot to spread the stress of the air on the spoiler
