Will 300zx brakes fit with my Rota Grids?

    Hey folks,

So, I'm currently running Rota Grids 18x9.5 +22 with 5mm spacers on the front of my s14. The spacer is there so that the wheel doesn't foul the coilover.

My question is, I've just bought a 300zx 30mm brake kit to replace my puny stock s14 calipers, does anyone know if this is likely to cause any clearance issues? I can't seem to find anyone running a similar spec online?

    Cheers,
    Scott.

Will be no problem at all. 300ZX calipers/rotors will even fit with 16x6.5 ET40 wheels.

What size are they? as the 300zx calipers brakes are the same as S14 brakes?

From what I can read from his earlier threads, he's driving a USDM S14, so smaller front brakes than our uk/euro spec S14's.

Yeah I'm driving a USDM Zenki s14. The brakes are the 300mm 300zx TT's. The calipers I have on at the moment are pants.

I probably could, if I hadn't already picked up the z32 calipers. I'm not as mechanically minded as you guys so I really went with the z32 brakes out of plug & play-ness. I knew which parts I needed for that system to work properly..my big concern at the moment is that I've read online that the spokes of the Rotas foul the calipers, in which case I would have to run bigger spacers. I was just hoping someone would have the same set up as me...Rotas on an s14 is like BBS's on a Beamer right?

Just a heads up to anyone wondering, turns out that the 300zx calipers DON'T fit without a 15mm spacer. Oh well!
