As usual there will be NO PAYING ON THE DAY.

The following people are BANNED from attending SXOC days permanently.

Reason, inability to control a motor vehicle, meaning an SXOC members vehicle was damaged by his incompetence!!


The day will run from 10am to 3pm

There will be 35 spaces which all need to be filled, no more and no less, exactly 35.

So from now, till Monday the 2nd February the payment window is open only to members, and those stated above as exceptions.
From the 3rd February it will be open to all until 1st March after that no more payments will be accepted!


There will be no list of "I want to go" cos its bollox, the only thing that secures your space is the money in SXOC's PayPal account, details of which are below.
If you have paid, but your name does not appear after a few days either post on this thread or pm me.

If for whatever reason you have to pull out of this after you have paid, it will be up to you to sell your place, no-one else, SXOC will help where it can, but please remember it is your responsibility.

If the day does not go ahead, everyone who has paid will be refunded obviously.

Helmets are compulsory for soft top vehicles, and recommended for normal vehicles.
Helmets are now compulsory on the oval.
Roll cages and fire extinguishers are strongly recommended, but again not compulsory

Spectators and passengers are free though passengers have to sign on and get stamped.
All spectators and support vehicles (except tow vehicles) must be left outside the pit area for the duration of the day.
Please ensure this happens, its frustrating when it doesnt!

DO NOT BRING ALCOHOL OR DRUGS TO THIS DAY, this is a motor sport day, not a piss up, if you or your spectators bring alcohol or drugs to this day, you will be banned from future days. You invite them along, you are responsible for them.

BBQ Is unlikely to be on site, unless someone wants to tow it, i dont.

Basically the club got its arse kicked by paypal for everything going through from these days as a gift, so we have to pay the fee now

So its to be sent to events@sxoc.com, under the Purchase tab as a service, and as a Member you will be sending £36.50, and as a Non-member you will be sending £46.50.

Onto the next tab and it will be as below, except the date obviously

So in the subject box "SXOC October Crail Day, Username (whatever your SXOC Username is)"
In the message box "SXOC Crail Day 21st March 2015"

Should probably ask now, what's this track like for beginners - I've done a couple of days, Teesside etc so not a complete novice but by no means would I call myself an expert....

Cheers Kev, I wasn't sure how Crail are with bangers. I won't make this one then as the 200 is not going to be available, and the BMW is a mess - no bumpers, mashed rear quarter etc. If there are any other Crail days later in the year I will hopefully make them.

An associate of mine had arranged a track day at crail on the same day as this. When I asked him today about the date clash. He responded with : "Alex Burgess crail have got back to me and sxoc never confirmed the date so they lost out and it's our trackday on the 21st. Everyone who was going is still welcome to come if they get in contact with me"
