How have you tested the coilpack?

The only time i have had a cracked spark plug was from my spark plug socket not being seated on the plug properly.

Where is the plug cracked? Any pics

So how have you tested the coilpack? Thats where i would start, try switching the coilpack to another cylinder and see if the mis-fire moves with it.
    Try replacing the ignition amplifier.
    Do a compression test.
Mark cas position (if you dont have a timing light) turn on ignition, get a long handled screwdriver and put the handle to your ear and other end to each injector individually and turn cas manually then listen for each injector to click. To make sure injectors are firing!

You remembered to re-gap the plugs to 0.9 or 0.8mm ????

You are buying genuine plugs as well aren't you??

Not some fakes off a random eBay seller??

The ES11s come pregapped at 1.1mm. At that gap, they will spark just fine. The only problem might be at high boost they may blow out on wide-open-throttle when coming on boost resulting in a hesitation.

If you have no spark at all on one cylinder, it must be either the coilpack loom, the coilpack or the spark plug.

NGK produce epic plugs but its still possible that a duff one got past their quality control.

How do you know it is not sparking ?

Still is it that its not sparking or the injectors not injecting!

Just wondering if he is pulling the plugs and earthing them and not seeing a spark with them out of the cylinders or whether he is attaching an inline light that shows there is no electric getting to the plug or what ?

I think he needs to go through the things i suggested in post #5 then report back.

Earthing the coilpack and checking for spark is or can be awkward by yourself.

Remote chance it's something like stuck rings?
Especially as it's actually zero, not just low.

or a hole in the piston.

Has it run since being rebuilt ?

It could be as simple as a failed head gasket if it No 1 and it has blown through from the cylinder to the outside.
