Afraid not dude. It's my tenth anniversary so we're doing something together to celebrate. I don't think sitting in a field getting smashed is what she had in mind lol

But they do last 20 years.
My MX-5 was £1200, only one I could find was a genuine one.

For some strange reason I decided not to replace it!

Straight through its MOT today. Albeit a bit tight on emissions

So some naughtiness turned up in a box, opened the box and got a bag

In the bag is a noise making device. So cool if not a little pointless; they even come with their own Dansk branded polishing cloth

I had major Porsche envy today

My next door neighbour has just swapped his 2012 Carrera S for a brand new Carrera GTS. I had a look over it this morning and it's bloody lovely.

He's rolling bare cash then. They do look awesome with that ducktail - I'd love one of those.

He didn't tell me what he gave for it, but he did say Porsche gave him £60k part exchange...

Pfff, actually, I realised, I'm not jealous at all, you wait until you see photos of our new purple 3 cylinder mid range fiesta. Then you'll rue the day you got a piece of appreciating iconic metal for about the same price.

Never had an S14 but have been in the back of one. If you mean comparable in that you'd go in the back as a last ditch to get to the pub full of hot loose birds then yeah it's totes bearable.

Always wanted a ducktail for the S13 and baulked at the price of them. Somehow now this seems a relatively sensible modification

I do really love a ducktail but a lot of me just says it's trying to have something you can't afford dressing a 996 up like an RS....

humm yea it does look kinda silly, I think the whale tail type thing belongs on the 930 personally.

We're not talking Whale Tails, we're talking Ducktails (whoo-oo-ooo), which were around quite a bit before the 964...

Also, definitely do it Arry, but that's predominantly because it's not my money, so the relatively astronomical cost of it bears me no burden.
Also, I've just bought one for my car, so evidently they rock.

Have you seen the RPM 'backdate' car?
