Nissan Silvia S15 Rebuild kit

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has heard anything good or bad about this rebuild kit

Looks to be a good kit. You would need to weigh up the cost of souring all the bits individually vs that price plus shipping an import taxes.
I would recommend a Cosworth gasket over the Cometic (Iv used both and in truth had no problem with either but thats my preference)
Also go for a 86.5mm piston so the block can be bored to achieive the right clearance, a 100k block will have worn.

You also need gaskets and seals. Check the oil, water pump and timing chain. Arp Head studs are another worthwhile item if your building an performance engine.
