I got a new policy with Sky. I was really pleased with the price and the service. I got my documents but they had spelled my name wrong (and subsequently my email address) and got a detail wrong about the car's security. It didn't matter though as I had to send them back a photocopy of my NCB and licence, so I just explained that there was an error in a letter I included.
It has been weeks and I haven't heard a peep. I emailed them on this forum and directly, nada.
Anyone else had a similar experience?
