    Is Sky incommunicado?

    I got a new policy with Sky. I was really pleased with the price and the service. I got my documents but they had spelled my name wrong (and subsequently my email address) and got a detail wrong about the car's security. It didn't matter though as I had to send them back a photocopy of my NCB and licence, so I just explained that there was an error in a letter I included.
    It has been weeks and I haven't heard a peep. I emailed them on this forum and directly, nada.
    Anyone else had a similar experience?

    Never had this issue. I have been with Sky for 2 years now and just renewed for my 3rd year. Always found they are very good with communication both on here and on the phone!

    Im at work and if I can avoid using the phone I will. But I might just have to.
