    Manual gearboxed engine into auto

I am swapping my stage 3a manual engine and box into an auto car.

Can I just use the engine loom that is on the manual engine and just plug it in through the firewall to the Ecu?

Simply put. Can I remove both engines with the looms connected and swap them straight over? Or can I use the auto's loom?

I have read up on the manual to auto swaps but still left a little confused on the situation I'm in.

    Thanks

The automatic uses a tps switch and combined kick down switch, the manual engine will need the automatic engine loom
and the automatic TPS switch swapping over onto the manual engine throttle body
with out the kick down function you would have to manually select lower gears when it has changed up to top and you slow down
you will need remove the manual spigot bush from the crank and fit an automatic one
found this with some more blurb http://www.driftworks.com/forum/tech...ar-urgent.html
