Ebay is your friend, I would search "T2 turbo locking tabs" or something like that

You can also use locking nuts.

Personally I used Nordlock anti-vibration washers to help.

Depending on how expensive your manifold is, have you considered welding the f***ers together?

Finally, one thing from experience is to ensure that both mating surfaces are truely flat. If they are slightly warped, you will struggle to find a way of not blowing gaskets (unless you go down the route of welding)

    Hope that helps

I searched that on ebay had no luck finding anything. It's looking like spring loaded washers and maybe just tack weld each nut

    Just make them.

The stock ones are rubbish it will less than 20 minutes to make and they will never come undone again.

Tac weld them, works a treat, done it to two cars now and two years on still going strong, if you ever have to remove them decent chizzle will break the tac off

my local nut and bolt shop does turbo nuts, very rare they get them in so i purchased a whole box of them when they last had them, had them on car since turbo swap about 4 or 5 months ago, no problems, not had to re tighten them
