Who wants to be a rep????

So you guys have been neglected far too long. Its time to rectify the situation with regards the vacant rep position.

So we now have a vacancy for The Westcountry section. Its a big area with alot of potential .

You will work alongside all the staff, and hopefully you'll be able to bring this section back to former glory, The Westcountry was always reasonably busy, and has some good members.

What it involves?

• Maintain the area you represent on the forum
• Be the voice for your locals in the admin section
• First point of contact for organising events in the area, be it organising it yourself or a local member
• Keep the enthusiasm going in your area
• Promote the club localy and at national events
• Be contactable and get involved with the club
• Be friendly and approachable
• Most importantly... must have the time to do the job
• Look good in a red shirt
• Help decide on name changes
• See the reasoning behind banning
• Defending the club reputation against trolls (witch hunts)
• Doesn't actually need a working S-body... or car

It doesnt take a massive amount of time to do the rep thing, but it does require you to have an opinion, and actually do something.

So im looking forward to you guys putting your names down, if theres more than one person we'll put it to the vote.

Would be nice to have 3 or 4 meets a year. E.g. Exeter, Cheddar Gorge, Bristol.

Kind of leaves the Cornish lot neglected though.

its a shame its died off in the westcountry. I used to go to the Cheltenham meet most months and sometimes the longwell green one. I don't have time to do it though unfortunately. I don't even know who has an sbody anymore either!
