Best form of boost control on external wastegate

im after the best form of boost controller for my external wastegate, I'm want i something to keep the wastegate closed for as long as possible. I have a Gizzmo but can hear the wastegate open around 1.1 bar when I want 1.4 bar. As I have a screamer you can hear it gradually opening then fully open to 1.4 bar.

I have 1.4 bar springs in it, and EBC duty minimum (10) and gain 0

Would a decent manual boost controller (ball and spring) help keep it closed for longer helping spool?

When I up the gain I just get spiking

If you have a 1.4 bar spring I'll say it's the spring at fault or wastegate is leaking/letting by.

Manual controller should work.

The wastegate will always open a bit before peak boost is reached - otherwise it'll over shoot

Mine is perfect with the Profec B Spec 2 plumbed in between the top and bottom ports.

Yeah I understand it will not open until 1.4 as then it would spike a lot but I wanted to see if maybe a manual boost controller could help spool it up a bit quicker

I've orderd a turbosmart MBC so will give it a go, (hopefully in next couple of days) what ever one is best i will keep and sell the other if there is any noticeable difference anyway

I use an AVCR with my WG set to open at 1.4bar (with a 1 bar spring) and its always been fine.
