    Damson s14a

I've finally committed to becoming a member after looking through a few build threads, so after a year of owning my first red car an MX5 which was a lot of fun i decided i wanted a bigger car and bigger power,
so i set out to find a s14a, this one popped up local to me and a lot cheaper than any others, i later found out why it was a lot cheaper haha
spec list when i bought it was:
    manual boost controller
    uprated wing mount intercooler
    walboro 255 fuel pump
3 inch exhaust (which came with a decat which is now fitted)
    'Pigeon' mod
    boost gauge

I started to notice a nice burning smell coming from me rear wheel and a nice screeching noise, turns out the calliper was seized, I found that out after I replaced the discs and pads and then it wore down to bare metal within weeks again

I then bought a couple little bits as I couldn't afford anything real expensive, I ordered the cheap driftworks steering wheel and bought a new air filter off of someone on Facebook, then got someone at work to fabricate an adaptive for it, ignore the massive gearknob in the photo haha, I made myself a more reasonable one at work

Finally pulled some money together, it's tough on an apprentice wage haha, I bought some apex coilovers and an apexi front mount off of a member breaking his 200.
The car looked a lot better once the coilovers dropped it a bit and love the look of the front mount, never fitted a front mount before so it was a little learning curve but not bad
i was pretty chuffed to get it moving again because the engine flooded, ignore the horrible exhaust blow and also the vet rattle isn't helping

If you watched the video on the last post you could hear the horrible exhaust blow which was the manifold to turbo, wish I took a photo of the gasket as it was just a corner left, but I got it all off and got someone at work to weld it up for me and it made a huge difference to the car, I also bought a vvt sprocket ages ago which is still sat in the garage waiting for me to get the time and try and figure how to do it as I have no clue

Sounds so much better and actaully have a bit of power now

When refitting the turbo a de catted the exhaust and it's so much louder and sounds better, plus spits flames now which is a bonus
