What is the potenial power of my Spec?

Right, as I am currently doing the subframe refurb, I am looking to work on the power once its finished. Could anyone point me out what is the potential power I can get with my set up?

    Currently on the car:

    Welbro fuel pump
    Hybrid front mount intercooler
Hybrid Oil cooler and filter relocation plate
Garret GT2871R 86ar Turbo with braided water and oil pipes.
    HKS SSQV III
    Apexi AVCR
    Blitz Air filter
Apex AFM to Turbo Pipe Kit
    Tubular Exhaust Manifold
    Blitz Nur spec R exhaust
    Decat pipe
    Apex Performance Flexi down pipe

Parts that I have to install:
    Nismo 555 Injection
    Power FC
    Z32 AFM
    HKS Air Filter

Car is running around 65000 miles if its relevant.

I am looking to remap with Power FC or Stage 3a chips. What kind of power could I get and what bar can my turbo run in a safe environment?

    Thank you

Nismo injectors will be holding you back, You'll never top 380hp with that tub or injectors

    IMO your injectors LU
It you to under 380bhp, 740's will see 400+ with a custom tune, I'd look Into head work and more aggressive cams for a 400bhp at the wheels figure, your set up is like 3a max

Thanks for you opinion, I am not looking to do any internal engine work at the moment, but would like to run the max power I can get.

It's not so much your turbo being in a safe environment, engine and gearbox are reaching their limits at 350-400bhp. I take it you have an uprated clutch? Nismo 740's should get you to 360-370bhp at 1.6 bar. Chuck some cams in and you may touch 400bhp.

Yes, got light weight flywheel and act clutch already. This turbo can run to 1.6 bar? lol its more than i expected. So i definately need 740 then.

Don't need to run 1.6 bar. I wouldn't run more than 1.4 on the standard head gasket and studs.

As mentioned above is of thought you'd be around the 340-360bhp mark with that set up

No keep the 0.86. you won't get as much boost creep, and help keep boost at top end.

And a bit less chance to melt your engine.

thanks, Will keep the 0.86 hosing then, please correct me if I am wrong
    so 55cc = 350-400bhp.
    740cc = 360-370bhp
    with my current set up?

If I were you I would keep the 550 injectors. That way it will hold you back to 360-370ish. If you put 740's in you will start chasing 400bhp and then something will be likely to go pop. If you can resist the temptation to keep pushing it then 740's would be better as they wouldn't be stretched as far.

Get 740s as it will be safer for your engine. If you map it to a safe boost level as well your wont be able to go chasing numbers.

More like 550cc = ~350hp max with a bit too high duty cycle tbh....
And 740cc = limited by the turbo, maybe around 380hp

740's would be safer. As long as he doesn't see it as an excuse to keep pushing 1 more psi/1 more degree of timing. until pop!

I will be getting it remap after I change the injectors. Looks like I better sell the 555 injectors and get 740cc on a safer bet or more power.

Just realise this turbo is so powerful, so if i want more than 400bhp, I will need to change the cams?

Ditch the tiny injectors for 740s,
get a decent set of cams,
    Uprated springs and retainers
    Head gasket.

Then run 1.6 bar and it will prob be doing 420 / 430 hp.

I thought the GT2871r with 0.86 housing is a 400bhp+ capable turbo? the 0.64 housing can stretch to 400bhp ish max with head work, cams, inlet/exhaust manifold amendments.
