About 30 years ago a millionaire had a brainwave on how to get his Porsche bits cheap. Become a VW dealer. Didn't work as VW didn't own Porsche.

They had a 911 soft top in stock (ex bright spark). Someone tuned up and asked for a test drive. So prospective customer drives, wife in pass seat and salesman in rear they set off for the nearest bit of DC. Only got to the first left hand kink when it left the road and went backwards soft side first up a tree. All 3 dead.

Standard though, lots of noobs buying posh wheels because they made lots of money in ****ing or something and then not having the brains to drive em.

Ha! What a clown. I guy did it in an M5 near to me here. Except he was going a lot faster, and injured the passo salesman so badly he had to re-learn how to walk.

Driver barely had a scratch. Dick.
