350Z power/heated seats wiring?

Did anyone put 350Z power seats in their car? I just finished rails and need to wire it up. I searched the web and found few tutorials, but they are missing photos, and dont give much info, just that its simple and you need to conect 12v and ground, and thats it.
And I have a milion wires under my seat and dont know where to give it 12V and ground. Here are some photos I took

Here is how witches look like. I guess if someone knows basics about electrics, he would know how to wire this switch to motors and car battery.

Ok, so I figured out how the switch works, and just took new wires from the motors and it works. I will make diy later for the conversion.

Can you please tell me how did you do the wiring, I'm trying to get the passenger seat to work without success.
