    Yellow headlights.

Debating tinting the headlights of my s15 yellow with film.

The car is yellow and I'm in two minds, it could really work or look ridiculously shit.

From what I've read the legality of it is open to interpretation but it generally seems acceptable and will pas an MOT.

What are people's opinion of yellow lights and in particular on a yellow car. Probably going to try it (and **** it up) since I've got some yellow film here anyway but it would be nice to hear thoughts.

Yellow lights IMO are more of a Honda thing.. and wouldn look great on a yellow car.
S15 lights are class as they are I wouldn be mad gone to change them.

Yellow lights are generally and older generation French thing! They are legal also..

Although I did mine on my black golf years ago for a laugh and they looked GASH in the day time but pretty awesome at night.

It will look ****ing gash, like someone has pissed all over your headlights and it won't come off.

Polish up the lenses, make them crystal clear and fit some Xenon bulbs to give it a really bright white look

I'm getting the general consensus is they will look shit.

Been trying to find pictures of yellow on yellow but google isn't helping, which either means nobody in their right mind would do it or it's something different that hasn't been tried much.

The lights themselves are in decent condition with very little clouding so I could just tidy them a bit more, just saw something with yellow headlights the other night and quite liked how it looked in the dark.

If I can find a front mount intercooler that allows me to keep my fog lights then I may just tint those.

It works for me on darker coloured cars, and if its low & wide. But I think yellow on yellow will be too much, if you got it though you got nothing to lose trying it

Did a 5 minute photoshop on my ipad and I've already put myself off the idea.

I do however think I'll tint the fog lights as it's subtle enough like this

That was the car I was going to try and find

Don't think it would work on a yellow car though tbh. Get it Photoshopped

Edit: I need to read the whole thread it seems

If the trend is to make any front lights look like those on a 1983 Espace then go for it

I have yellow bulbs in my Pulsar (although I didn't realise they were). They're "all weather" bulbs and look fantastic IMO I'll get a pic tonight if you want?

Yeah that might be an idea, get the yellow beam without doing the whole light.

I generally hate yellow cars but your S15 (without the yellow tint) looks fantastic.
