Advice please - low rev Misfire

My s14a has a low rev miss fire. It's had this since I bought it. I plugged in a diagnostic computer and it came up with a knock sensor fault so I have changed that and the fault has cleared. Although it drives slightly better it still has a misfire at low revs.

    This is what I've done
-new rocker cover gasket as it was leaking.
    -new plugs
    -new coil packs.

It could be so many things such as valves. I was wondering if anyone has had this fault before or if there is a common problem.

    Thanks in advance
    Shaun

I think all turbo Nissans seem to missfire a little at low RPM, never really noticed it in power though. Could be a multitude of things, check your vac lines first though.

Do you mean it's off a cylinder all together?

Do a compression test, could be crack ringlands or burnt valve etc.
