187bhp 1.6t would be nippy enough. I would expect a Nismo version too.
New 4wd GTI-R version would be epic
The nismo version is likely going to be a fwd hot hatch, still give it 250hp and a good setup and it might do well.
Personally, I'd rather have the Sentra Nismo concept which in all articles is named Pulsar
This is all pants where's the new s body
Looks too much like a clio! Its not bad though
You only need two tools in life - wd-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the wd-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
And if you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem!
front looks like a spaceship civic.
It doesn't look very daring does it, kinda bland.
Just saw this on fb
I was just about to post about how dreary it was and that they won't do a proper hot version. Then I saw the above pic. I like that
Will they do it though?
Loose all the chavy red Fiat-esque sh!t and that would look quite nice.
Kinda looks like a mazda 3 mps to me. Anyone else see it?
That R version won't happen. It looks like a bad chop with it having the old GTi-R vent on the bonnet. Plus the car won't have a top mount, there are more efficient methods to cool turbos these days.
Plus I doubt they will do an 'R' version, they will no doubt try a wet blanket "Nismo" version which will be as lack luster as the Juke tbh.

I'm a little confused by the specs . States 190PS (187 BHP) from its 1.2 turbo but only 0-60 in 12.7 secs.
I couldn't see the weight but surely 187 BHP should drag it to 60 in a lot less than 12.7?
I think they have ****ed up the figures
80Kw and 187 Nm of torque is prob the figures for 12.7
