    New S13 owner (Chippenham)

    Hi Guys,

    New owner here from Chippenham,

Been on the forum a couple of months now, its been very helpfull so far and thought it was about time I said Hi.

Had been keeping an eye out for a nice s13 project for a while, my Dad had a few when I was younger and it was actually the car I learnt to drive in believe it or not.

I was struggling to find a good manual so I ended up buying a standard Lowish mileage Auto and am just coming to the end of a manual conversion. Very much looking forward to driving it now, should be on the road this weekend if all goes well!

Will get some pictures up soon..

That's the nicest S13 I've seen in years - don't mess with it too much

Thanks, I wont, I plan to keep it as original as possible.

Next thing on the list is to get the front end painted as its not looking its best tbh. If anyone can reccomend someone in the wiltshire area Id be very gratefull.

Unfortunately although the car is really tidy as a whole with next to no rust the boot lid has the usual corrosion so tonight I decided to take off the spoiler and tape over the holes until I can track down a more solid one.

What I found was a lot worse than I thought...

    Did someone call ?
Looks like a nice burgundy facelift you have there although the tyres look a little low profile. It might just be the photo angle though.

I'm always glad to help anyone that is trying to keep the marque alive so if you are looking for any parts feel free to pm me. There is a 50:50 chance I have a spare one in my shed

    Don't have a bootlid though I'm afraid.

    Thanks mate, will do!

Only thing im looking for at the moment is some bulb holders for the rear tail lights as mine have corroded due to moisture getting in the boot through the rather large holes.

Tyres are correct I believe, must just be the photo
