Will any of these fuel pumps fit my s13 actually refers to an aftermarket immobiliser and poor wiring.

So busy at the moment.. Car hasn't changed in over a month.. Need's a good wash!
This Sunday i'm home for 2 hours before a family birthday, so... with the help off some guides.. im hoping to have the fuel pump hardwired.
Also looking at changing the Temperature Sensor as this can have a intermittent fault that will make the ECU read -50c and can flood/kill the engine if it reads this. So it's a possibility mines doing that..
any updates?
Must fix this car............................................... .........................
I imagine the car still has the fueling problems i was experiencing before. Intermittently cuts out, keys out re-prime fuel pump and 8/10 it will start again. Sometimes it takes a repeat of what i just said.. and it will start.
I will unearth it this month and have a look as to what it could be...
Any ideas.........
you're back! looks good dude, thought you sold it.
Spark plugs? I had an issue with mine when it just wouldn't start all of a sudden, would turn over fine and got plenty fuel but wouldn't start. Changed the plugs and runs better than ever. Have you pulled off the fuel feed to see if you're getting fuel?
Plugs are brand new, i got the garage in Gravesend to replace with new NGK. But in fairness i'll yank them out to make sure they new...
It start's an drives so fuel is making it to the rail/injectors.
Basically i can be driving happy as a sandboy.. Then all of a sudden it will cut out under load, revs drop to 0 and i have nothing. (If im rolling on road, i can pull key out, whip it back in.. turn it 2 clicks so it primes again and usually it would start)
HOwever, from reading my own updates a few pages back i swapped out the fuel pump which made the problem worse.. and it's sat ever since...
How is the battery and earth's?
Battery was a new slimline from Halfrauds. Was brand new when i done the conversion.
I actually replaced earths with NEW more solid earths. That didn't make a difference back then but im sure it's worth going over again to make sure.. Im pretty sure i dont loose power as in i still have dash lights illuminated.
Fuel filter?

Test them with a multimeter.
Only way to be sure. Bad earth's cause all sorts of weird.
Do you have a consult scanner and data scan?
I replaced this with one on Ebay, but it wasn't identical to the SR20 one that was on before... can these cause issues ?
I got a decent list of things to start checking again now!!
I have the Consult II port or whatever it's called. Nissan's own... but i since mines converted i don't know what kinda data would be outputted..if any? R33 ECU > SR internal loom > RB Engine loom..
What kind of V am i expecting at an earth point?
Buying 5m of 30AMP cable.
Battery relocation kit.
Hardwire kit
and i will get this damn thing runnning 100% in the next month or so. (Fingers crossed)....
I need something more than a 75BHP 66 plate Berlingo in my life. It's killing me.
(Just twigged iv owned her for 3 years now. Shame its been parked up for over 2!! typical aye!
Good on you for keeping at it! Hope we can see it at the Weekender being used how it should be!
My current isssue if anyone else fancies throwing there 30p into the mix!
Little update,
A few weekends ago i swapped the fuel pump. To disasterious effects. It all started great. Refitted/turned on first time, drove to the seafront where i sat on the phone and let it idle. Within about 3-4 minutes the idle went lumpy, and i was just waiting for it to cut-out. - It did.
Turned back on, and thought fine. I'll drive it and see how it goes. Within 1-2miles it stalled 3-4 times and woudn't turn on easily. Before i swapped the pump if i took the keys out, let the pump re-prime it would be fine.. But that wasn't the case.. 1-2 minutes maybe more of sitting dead, cranking without fire... in the end i sat there hazards on a few minutes later.. she fired..
Only for it to happen another 3 times..
next step it STILL to hard-wire the fuel pump. I've forgotten what i need to do for that.. and then pull the pump out to re-check it's all "ok"...
Have you checked the timing out of interest?
The hard wiring only takes half hour if that so yeah do that first. I used the original 12v feed as the switched live for the new relay so there is no priming, it's just constantly on.

Forgive me if it's mentioned earlier, but have you checked for a vacuum or boost leak around the inlet manifold and idle control valve type areas?
This sort of thing happening when warm suggests it could be an idle air amount or control issue, with unmetered air getting in or something perhaps?
