Wasnt the sxoc day last october for 20 cars? Might be easier to meet. If its going ahead il pay tonight and try talk some of my mates into it.

Guys I've just spoke to Jim about possibly moving the date or cancelling, he has given me 2 days to get 15 people.
If we get 15 people, the day goes ahead!

The only thing I'll say is that it's not worth petes time with 15 people to do tyres, so there would be no tyre van.
