    JAPFEST CONVOY Details and numbers THREAD come one come all

    Right guys and girls this is the one you've all been waiting for...
    I travel the m5 a fair bit so have accounted for current road works so I only ask 2 things of you guys and that's
    1..put your name and s body down on the list
    2.. Where you'll be joining us and please arrive with plenty of time as we might run slightly ahead of schedule on the day..

    Here goes..

    Meet at 4am....Bp service station Stourbridge (dy8 1et)
    Leave at 4:15 sharp if not before..

    Arrive at 4:45/5 at strencham services south m5(wr8 0bz)
    Leave at 5:15/5:20 depending on arrivals

    Arrive at 5:45/6at Michael Woods services (GL11 6DD)
    Leave at 6:05/6:15 also depending on arrivals

    Arrive at Japfest about 7/7:15 depending on traffic have a fantastic time,blow loads of cash and hope I don't break anything on track lol..

    Feel free to ask questions as I'm only happy to help

    Will pm everyone who's meeting up with us my personal mobile as I will keep times updated as we roll and if anyone's running slightly behind they can let me know..

    Ive edited the times slightly as ive travelled the journey today at the times shown so my times are smack on to driving the speed limit through the average speed cameras and 70mph othrwise.. (obviously not in the sx) lol

    why you all setting off so early? you only have to be on stand for 9am?

    Last year we set off at the same time and we had to que to get in as You have to que down the single road track to get in the side entrance..

    So we was going to stick to the same times as last year as if wd have any delaying we will be coverd.. by time and if we get caught in ques we wont miss getting in by minuites.. plus theres loads of roadworks on the m5 with averadge speed cameras so hit them early the better too

    Better safe than sorry i guess...
