S14 ABS vs Non ABS diff compatability

Hi guys,

I know that the non abs diffs (from JDM models) have a shorter nose and longer prop compared to the UK S14's.

My question is, has anyone ever made up a spacer to fit a non abs jdm diff into a uk spec s14?

Anotherwords - using something like a wheel spacer at the prob face (could be made up for 30 quid in a machine shop) rather than buying a longer non abs prop...

Or get one made.
