Ks (or Kings) is the spec level. Ks was the top level package, Qs (Queens) and Js (yes, you guessed it - Jacks) are the lower spec levels.

S13 = Silvia (CA18)
PS13 = Silvia (SR20)
RS13 = 180/200SX (CA18)
RPS13 = 180SX (SR20)

The "P" just means it has an SR in it instead of a CA, it doesn't mean it's a Silvia. That's the "R" (lack thereof).

It's the fastback 180/200SX that's actually the unusual bodyshape, which is why it gets an "R" to differentiate it. All the other S-bodies are 2-door coupes like the Silvia.
