    Denso or NGK plugs?

Done a bit of searching and looked in the rolling road section to see what plugs people are using.

Theres mixed opinions on the Denso's but I have always used NGK on my other cars so swaying towards NGK's but dont know whether to get grade 7 or 8, which would be best for a over 400hp (3071r) s14?

Currently have a misfire on full load in 3rd/4th gear (unknown plugs at the moment) so would like to change the plugs for piece of mind anyway.

    Thanks Lewis

I'm using NGK grade 8 iridiums with similar specs. Does run a bit rough when the engine is cold, but no missfires when it's warm.

NGK, if you were happy with the previously then why change, stick to what you know works and is reliable

I tend to leave them standard - so long as your coil packs are ok it should be fine.
