Thanks, I didn't want to go crazy completely changing it, wanted all the mods to blend with the oem look, hence why I haven't gone crazy with bucket seats and harnesses etc

I think that will be a decision you are grateful you made every time you get in the car tbh.

Looks good man! The gtr seats are more than comfy enough and if you did want harness, the seats have that hole in!

Yeah I don't get why people bolt bucket seats and harnesses in a car they use more for the road than track, they're ball ache getting in and out, you have to loosen them right off to lean forward to see out of some junctions too, no thanks!

It's getting there! Will definitely be on the road this summer!

Agreed GTR seats are comfy, hence why I got them re-covered

it's not for everyone ,but I do the road legal (ish) wanabe race car thing,
you get used to the seat and harness malarky,a snap off steering wheel helps
I don't do interiors, but I like yours and the cage is nice

I'll get slated for this but stripped out interiors are so wannabe. It's like dressing like a gangsta and smokin' old holborn. Me, I wear a cardie and pretend I can't remember what day it is. Much more comfy.

Now, where are my slippers ? :Ken:

some may see a stripped out car as a wanabe race car, depends on how the car looks and how it's done I guess
in the theme of 'let's go fast for less than a grand' ,I did it as it's free,as any engine tuning parts are dear for my engine
I tried the comfy barge cruiser cars thing and still prefer something more basic

what you bent the bar to clear? I could see myself trying that and folding the thing into a big 'V' shape

have you got the right strut brace for the engine? i seem to recall that s13 ca18 compatible strut braces have one larger kink/bend to clear the inlet, and s13 sr compatible strut braces have two smaller kinks/bends as the engine top and inlet are slightly lower

It fit perfect before I fitted Nismo engine mounts which raised the engine up

It is a large kink CA bar

Take your bar to a local machine shop and they'll do it,

    The spacer size is 8mm

I probably paid the same price to have them made as you would for the plate
