I don't think many people understand the time and effort that Matt has put into this. It's been a huge undertaking.

It's taken a lot of time, ball ache, time, more ball ache and some more time on top of that

And I'll never do it again! Haha! But yes, there's been many ups and downs but it's nearly there now!

Agreed been following since the start, made some excellent choices with the fully polished wheels and white bodywork,
the interior (I don't do interior's but if I did it would be something like that)and the engine work etc,
and the sorting the rusty bits was a huge task, all turned out really nice
must have bumped up it's insurance value a lot with this thread as proof of its restoration

You should make the effort to see it on the flesh. It will be worth it. I've seen it a couple of times during this build and its proper tidy.

So.... this came up relatively cheap..... question is.... what colour do I paint/powder coat it?

Oh and the missus wasn't happy when she came home

I'd say keep it black as a different colour might spoil the interior.

Black it is, was what I was thinking anyway, needs a fresh coat as this is pretty scratched up!

It is! Just waiting on my front bumper to come back from my painter!

Then back to the painter to have the side skirts fitted and have a few parts I've knocked about re-done

    Alignment

    MOT

    Run in time!

Oh and a starter because mines started playing up, just snatched a brand new Valeo one on eBay for £40, although a hammer works at the moment
