Hi All,

As promised, here is the voting thread for your preferred date for the long-awaited return of the Piston Cup Championship! We will be heading to the awesome-looking National Kart Centre in Limerick, the world's largest indoor karting facility apparently

Prices are to be confirmed once I have numbers but I expect it to be in the region of EUR 40.00 per member including subsidies, and spouses are as always, automatically entitled to member's benefits. Guests are welcome too, but unfortunately you will not receive a subsidy, but you can always join up as a full member in advance to take advantage

There is a Dublin meet on the first weekend of March, so I'm looking at the 2nd or third weekend instead.

We'll want 10 people at least to run a proper GP, so please add your name to the list so I can get an idea of numbers & get some accurate prices.

I haven't been able to get through to the place over the past couple of weeks mate. Tried phoning numerous times but just reached voice mail, and sent emails too with no response. I'll try again tomorrow/Monday and see what the craic is, but we may need to consider a different venue.

Hi Guys, I managed to get through to the NKC today and unfortunately T.J's tip-off was correct. They suffered some pretty severe damage as a result of the recent floods, and will be closed for renovations for about 4 weeks.

Personally, I think the facility looks awesome, and it's worth waiting for, so if there are no objections, I'll contact them next month to book maybe for April sometime?
