looking to get a new indoor bike, with soo many choices out there, any thoughts on which would be the type to go for?
as they aren't cheap, don't want to get one and not enjoy using it, or feel its not working for me.
I've had the standard upright style one for years, and been ok with that, but as they have changed soo much over the years, want to make sure I get one that will best serve my needs.
mainly after cardio exercises, want to keep on track to losing weight and getting more of a toned body..
so what's peoples thoughts, the spin type ones, or similar to the upright one I've had, but one that has built in programs etc
