Twin Track Rod's

Shud b "Tein Track Rods" oh well lol
Need to replace a track rod as its rather fubar.
So im looking at possibility of replacing with Tein unit's or Ikea Formula ones.
Now, I have read that the Tein's require the use of the Tein End.... BUT I have seen somewhere on here [unable to find it now ] that someone has said the S14 standard ends will fit the Tein units just fine.

Can anyone confrm this either way ?

If cannot use the standard unit's then I will probably go for the Ikea Rod's as these take the standard end's , of which I replaced both not long ago

Yup confirmed. Just changed mine over last month. Bought new ends to put on and just thought I'd try them on some Tein rods I'd bought years ago but hadn't got round to fitting and hey presto. Thought it'd be rude not to bung them all on.

Alignment garage were well pleased with not having to free anything off.
