whats your rpm at 70mph 5th gear s14/a???
this has been covered already i know but can't find the thread somewhat. well my rev counter needle was taken out once and had been showing wrong readings when put it back in by about 600 rpm lets say at idle it regisetred 250 rpm just to give you an idea. now i managed to get it relatively close to being ok but i suspect it's still off a bit. could anybody check that for me on their way to work or something i can be different speeds and gears but 70mph 5th gear would be best i think ohh and 17 inch rims would be ideal although post what u have [please. thanks a lot mich

If you have access to a consult cable you can use free ECUtalk software to check the ECU reported rpm and set the needle to that, this way you will have a more accurate reading than even unmolested stock dials.

You can get consult cables off ebay cheap, the ECUTalk is free. It's the best way to make sure it's spot on.
