the time has come to say goodbye
the times come i think to let my 200 go married life kids in the pipeline and a mortgage to pay. id love to continue my project but the times come to let her go until i have my midlife crisis and but something fast again..
now what im wondering as ive been out of the picture for a while is what she is worth
initially it was a standard damson p reg s14a touring
at 82k i had a brand new rebuilt? engine put into her under warranty by ap motors in plymouth (as where id brought it from sold me it with the bottom end gone but thats another story at 82k she got a shiny new lump which i had to run under 3000 revs for like 500 miles which was loads of fun in a car id brought to go fast lol)
since then shes had
full gearbox rebuild
ACT heavy duty clutch
B&N short shifter
dildo clear gear knob with the like blue sweet twist thing in it
thatcham alarm and immobiliser think its a clifford concept 650 (u can have remote start but i thought was a bad idea leaving it in gear then turning it on )
apex coilovers not the hardest ones the next ones up
front strut brace
camber arms
full 3in s/s exhaust system from japspeed with the apex 3in performance cat
full s/s exhaust manifold turbo elbow japspeed also
GT2871r turbo
braided turbo and water lines
grounding kit

pidgeon mod with bailey DV

boost guage and also an air fuel but this just needs to be hooked up to another lamda which theres a bolt in the ss downpipe for but i never got around too it
stage 3a from horsham developments ecu
blue dash lights conversion
uprated fuel pump from horsham i forget the name but its the one everyone uses

uprated spark plugs also from horsham for the stage 3a
full respray in house of colour candy purple but with the roof boot and middle of the bonnet in subaru black with a slight goldflake
full bodykit and de-spoilered (was thinking BGW but liked the sleek look too much to drill holes in her)

battery relocated too the boot
battery box and all wiring (batterys the navara sized one)
rota gtr's with 17's or 18's cant remember right now without going out and im at work but will update there the ones that fit with the apex coilovers and no need for arch rolling

both with toyo tyres with hardly any miles on them
brand new front windsheild thanks to cornwall council and hedge trimmers cracking the last one
there prob a few bits ive missed but all in all she goes like stink
roughly about 380bhp
bad points boot needs a respray which i was planning on doing in the next week has some surface rust where the body shop didnt replace the gasket on the rear lights
couple of rust bubbles one round the rear in the boot reflector one near winscreen but this was checked when the old screen was taken out and its not deep just under the paint so could do with a rub down and then just to be blown back in again (luckily this is in the black as the house of colours an ass to get hold of )
one of the inner drivers side arches/suspension tower has a small hole in it ive checked this and it doesnt seem to be down to rust as its clear metal around so just needs a section cut out and inserted and weilded back in and sprayed black again (i think this is from gravel and stones getting slung about by the tyres so inside could do with some under seal in this area)
and the whole car was undersealed about 2years ago.
wanted to keep her but need to move on from my boys toys and she will just get sat in the garage not being used and id rather she go into someones hands who will appreciate her and have the time for her.
£4300 open to sensible offers as its worth this just in parts alone
