Just plain funny
Lovely little piece to test high speed handling, try and keep it together and within the lines
Another insane idea to slow traffic by forcing you to swerve into on coming traffic , we got a nice wide road near me and they decided
to slow traffic it needed a cycle lane either side but only on a 400 yard stretch and traffic islands staggered to form a testing set of chicanes
In the first week it was deemed fit to use countless cars ripped out side walls of tyres swerving to avoid each other and
two double decker buses crashed head on as yes its a fecking bus route as well
I can't find a link but its a stupid idea and just causes crashes imo
Would probably prefer it to speed bumps or cameras all the same.
ah but thats the genius behind the wiggly road ..... it may "seem" to swerve you into oncoming traffic, but due to the nature of the wiggly line, at the same time the oncomming traffic is forceably being swerved away from you and in towards the hedge making sure traffic never actually meets
in fact the more I think of it, the more this is a great idea
In theory yes, but all it takes is for one person to not pay attention and two cars will meet.
would anyone else not bother and just drive down the road going over the lines like me?
The lanes are plenty wide enough to drive dead straight and still stay within the lines, its pointless.
I'm NOT the Chairman anymore, Ken was. He still likes poo though. Its not Jim either now. Ooh ooh, its now Doc!
