I should be going this year. I went last year with a couple of my mates one driving a yellow scooby was a good laugh and chat with a couple of your guys I'm not sure who it was on here. But I'm planning to bring my S15 but to have not to try and compete

    first.
so your first team followed by a reserve list.
We have a great selection of cars, and get a lot of interest.

However when it gets closer we suffer from :

    1. High power cars break, and this is in the middle of the season, some of the cars are also used competitively in other series and suffer big failures.
    2. It's peak holiday season and we lose a lot to deciding family holidays and retaining testicles becomes a priority.
    3. A lot of people like the idea, but get cold feet and don't want to walk the walk. No idea why, give it a go, no one expects anything and it's the best learning experience.

Anyone who has done it in even a relatively modest car has really enjoyed the event and atmosphere, at SXOC events it's as much about enjoying the chats with fellow enthusiasts and looking at great cars as well as the event.

I'll definitely compete with my S15 but can't stop over on Saturday so I'll be coming up Sunday and will just enter or be added to the reserve list.

I just need a full alignment doing before the day and that's it.

We take a nice selection of sx and non sx to represent us, club membership is more important than car choice

I have sent a PM to all those who may be interested, but please post up any suggestions of your own or good cars you know from other members who could represent us

even if you are not running it's great to have help in the pits and stands area, nearly every member ends up involved in some way, some are great on the cars, and the non mechanical ones are helpful with everything from collecting time slips to helping with the food and general good fun

I'm still in Scottie. I've always wanted to see how the car stacks up out there.

I'm running Eagle F1 asymmetricals up front that don't have too much tread but enough to do a few laps but the rears are GSD3's and have plenty of tread.

I'm running 1.2bar boost on stock engine pushing around 320 lb/ft torque.

Suspension is KYB AGX on stock S15 springs and I'll crank up the damping if it helps.

    Hopefully that's good enough.

We ran Ben's V8 fully soft at the rear and it went much better - Elvington is very bumpy

Engine in bits up at APT, unlikely to be fixed in time.
