Chris. I sent payment via gift [so i covered charge] - Paypal says payment has been cleared on the 16th - just so you know....
So is this going to be refunded?

Say again mate? The deposit will be given to the venue and will come off your bill at the time. You will receive an additional £5 off from your sxoc members subsidy on the day also.

Starter = Stilton & Brandy Mushrooms
Main = Proper Christmas Dinner
Pud = Twistmas pudding - Xmas pud

The plymouth meet has currently been postponed and we'll be arranging a new date asap with what best suits those with their names already down

I have been in contact with those effected and we will still be having a meet

The honiton meet will still go ahead as long as people get their menu choices in asap

We do need a time but the meal can't be booked until the others pull their fingers out and choose their meals

In other words

People need to reply to my pm or post their meal choices here else the meal can not be booked

Saturday night is booked for 8pm at Route 303.

We have had to change the date for the Plymouth meal. If we find another date for that one would anyone extra be interested?
