Adjustable lower arms fitting?

Anyone fitted any of these themselves?

Just got my japspeed ones delivered and they come with all sorts of washers and spacers :s i have done a bit of googling but can't find a write up as such anywhere. Bit baffled as to what goes where at the moment.

Which lower arms on which car exactly?

front and rear lower arms on an S13, I get the basic bits but just unsure of all these spacers and stuff im not sure where i'm meant to be putting them, if at all.

Currently, the rest of the arms are standard minus the front tension rods and coilovers.
